CS Professional Eligibility & Registration

Students generally reach the Professional Programme after progressing through the earlier stages of the CS qualification and meeting applicable ICSI requirements. Professional registration should be treated as more than an administrative step.

Progression to Professional

The typical academic progression is: CSEET/Applicable Entry → Executive → Professional. A student must satisfy the relevant examination and registration requirements before appearing.

Examination Eligibility

ICSI's June 2026 examination information listed completion of the Online Pre-Examination Test as an eligibility criterion for Professional Programme examination enrolment. Requirements can change, so check the latest examination-enrolment announcement.

Registration vs Examination Enrolment

These shouldn't be confused. Programme registration establishes your registration in the Professional Programme. Examination enrolment is the process of enrolling for a particular examination session. Monitor both.
